Our products are all handmade. Most items are made to order.
Items that are in stock ship in approximately 2 business days. Some items (not in stock) are processed and shipped within approximately 7-10 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders are received in approximately 3-5 business days. International orders are received in approximately 14 business days with First Class Shipping. Expedited options are available. Shipping options are provided at check out. For best results, select an express option. Orders valued over $100 will require a signature. We cannot change an order once it is placed and this includes address updates. If you placed your order incorrectly we will cancel it and issue a refund. You can then place your order correctly. Orders that have been processed for shipment and subsequently canceled before tracking is issued are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Orders are processed in the order they are received
Local pickup is an option and if you plan to collect your order from our store, you must select local pickup but ALSO communicate that date with us so we may have your order ready for you. In stock items may be set aside for pick up.
Food products may not be returned or exchanged. You may receive store credit or replacements. Refunds will be issued for items received incorrectly. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order.
Lollipop care:
Lollipops can last a year if stored less than 70 degrees and less than 40% humidity. Lollipops are designed for ONE WAY shipping. Store in low light conditions in original packing for best results.
Given we cannot control environmental conditions at your location, our freshness guarantee is two weeks.
