Vintage Confections Proofing Process and Color Assurance

1. A color, high-resolution, email proof will be generated from your artwork files and sent to you within 48 hours of paid order & artwork receipt. This proof is not an accurate representation of color, but represents image, art and text placement. 

2. Upon approval, a hard-copy “Color Assurance” proof is produced on your selected lollipop style and sent to you via Priority Mail, which takes approximately 3-5 business days from the time of artwork receipt.  This proof should be closely inspected to verify desired color*. This proof is the only way we have of verifying that your final product will meet your expectations.  If you waive the color assurance proof, you will receive only a digital photograph of your final product.  Two proofs will be provided whether they be digital or physical. Additional revisions/proofs are $25.00 each.

*Color variances may be present due to the changes in ink or media lot numbers. Vintage Confections uses edible inks and media which may not be a precise match for color requirements.
